Review: Great quality, great price and great customer service!!
My wife and I just recently moved into our brand new home in Reading. Our plan was to have Accurate Glass come out and install one shower enclosure, as we had two more showers that needed glass, but we were on a tight budget.
Fast forward 3 weeks later, we loved how nice the one shower came out, we decided to get the other two done as well!
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality at a fair price!

Price: $2000+
I was dealing with Brian for consultation and measurement. He was kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The glass came in 2 weeks’ time and the guys installed them. They were friendly and knowledgeable and very respectful of the place and it was done within an hour. Price was unbeatable and I did lots of different quotes and most of them were close to $3000 or more. Very reasonable would definitely work with Brian again!

Review: My contractor had ordered a custom shower door on 3/4/22 for my bathroom. From then on, it’s been a nightmare. I understood that it was custom so there was some time to wait. We waited patiently but every time we called about an update, no one knew the status and gave us the info to Brian, the initial person my contractor dealt with who never answers his phone (he’s always in the field, I was told). Both of us called several times. When I got a hold of Brian after multiple messages, he had told me an approximate time it would arrive but I never received a call when the door actually arrived and my contractor had to call.
My contractor dropped off our initial door with the hinges so they can replicate it with the correct measurements as the original didn’t accurately fit our shower. Today, on 4/27/22, contractor finally picked up the door to find it not in the same color as it had a hint of green in it and also, the hinges were cut to the wrong size so the door didn’t fit. Called Brian and he asked my contractor to drop it off again. When it was picked up today, the door only had a plastic cover on it with no box cover, foam etc. for safety transport. I was shocked to see the contractors walking in with just the door with nothing else. He said he was so nervous transporting it in his van, thinking it might break! Since all this began, we are not able to use our shower. God knows when the door will arrive now!
Horrible communication and customer service! Will see how the actual product will be but from what I saw that was delivered today, it was the wrong color to begin with so we will see. Patience is a virtue!

Review: Amazing to work with. AccurateGlass installed two shower enclosures and a spray panel for the tub/shower. Perfect measurements and installation. Great customer service. Would never go anywhere else!
