Review: We bought blinds from Laura when we moved into our house 7 years ago. I have to admit, I balked at the price; but decided to go with it to keep my wife happy. We have had several problems with one of the blinds, and Laura has been VERY responsive to getting the matter fixed (we even selected a new blind after the 3rd problem). We had another problem with a blind that Laura got fixed THE SAME DAY. So, while the price seemed very high to start, I absolutely think it was worth the money in hindsight, given the company’s willingness to stand behind their lifetime warranty and Laura’s responsiveness to getting the problems resolved. Laura also did some cushions for one room that we are also thrilled with. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
