Review: My car was rear ended in an accident and my insurance company recommended this shop for repairs. After the car was in the shop for a few days, I placed a call to follow up on the status. When I called I was told they had already filed paperwork stating my car was a total loss, but I was never updated or informed of this information. After discussing next steps with my insurance company, I was told the shop would call me to retrieve my belongings prior to my car being picked up by the tow truck. The next day, I received a voicemail message from the shop AFTER my car had already been towed. When I explained I hadn’t had the chance to clean out my belongings, the woman on the phone told me they had assumed that it had already been cleaned.
My car was towed to a storage lot in Mendon and I had to drive almost an hour away to retrieve my belongings. The associate at the storage lot informed me someone at the shop had authorized the pick up of the vehicle, even though I was never contacted. I was also told I couldn’t retrieve my belongings without proper footwear, a detail I was unaware of. I had to make a stop at a local Walmart to buy shoes that I didn’t even need, all in order to be able to get to my car. This was an ordeal to go through after losing my car and it could’ve been easily avoided, unfortunately this was a negative experience that demonstrated a lack of professionalism and lack of communication with customers. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled.

Review: L&W autobody is the only company I trust my vehicle with. They are honest and do excellent work. The customer service is excellent as well very professional and friendly just a great place to bring your vehicle and to know that your not only getting your vehicle fix or dealing with a very friendly environment
