Didn’t want to wait so I stopped in at Auto Glass Now in Norton, MA.. Devin (the manager) gave me a great price and could replace the glass in 2 days. The experience to schedule and get the job done was so stress free. The mechanic was polite enough to explain he had to move some stuff from the drivers door(was there to replace a cracked driver side window) But to add more to it some of the other popular vendors (cough) safe-li-.. jacks up their price almost 2x . But in the end they turned out to have the best price and came right to my driveway. The technician who arrived today called me 15 minutes prior to arrival, was extremely polite and professional and had the window replaced in 45 minutes. First, the price they told me on the phone was not the same as it on the email they sent to me. Second, I waited two weeks for the appointment. When the appointment was coming, they wanted to change or cancel my appointment. But they didn’t tell me that the day was when they were moving. Third, when the job was done, left the car dirty. Dust, rubber and glass were everywhere on the car.
