Review: I reached out to Inside Out Customs in September looking for service. John the owner said they were booked until January & that he’d get back to me with a quote. Well now it’s January and sure enough I had a quote hit my inbox yesterday that was professional, courteous & really well priced! Unfortunately I don’t need the work done as I traded in my car but I was so impressed with the promptness, professionalism & genuine kindness of the message I received from John. I’m finding so often lately customer service really bites because of Covid, supply issues, not enough stuff etc. all these things make service jobs like Johns really hard but his business is booming & it’s because if his excellent customer service skills & clearly his impeccable work. If I ever do need work done I’ll be getting online again to wait for him.
