They are very personable and kind. I filled out for an appointment online and I received a phone call within 15 min and had my car in the next morning. They gave me a great price and I would have paid more just because of the experience. The waiting room has AC, TV, and comfy chairs for me to wait for their work done. They did the work of windshield replacement very efficiently (less than 45 minutes they told me to wait for). Plus, they saw my wipers with rubber torn off and they gave me new wipers for free, which really delighted my day. Panoramic roof seals replaced, so it’s silent again, and the new windshield and rubber seals/trim look great! Initially dealing with Jason (with my probably strange request) he took it in stride and knew exactly what I wanted – the information was given quickly and concise via phone/text/email so we were able to get everything set up quickly and efficiently. All pricing was upfront and explained the whole process. Dropping the car off was totally great, Derek made sure to understand a part of the work would take extra time (which I was aware of) and wanted to make sure I didn’t need the car right away (I did not) everything was done properly and car returned in the condition it arrived in.
