Review: After a mediocre tint job and my door panels being permanently damaged from the solution used to apply the film. I returned to have another vehicle done while expressing my issues. I was told that when I picked up my second vehicle, they would take care of the faded door panels. A complication with the auto body shop my car was at required me to cancel the appointment for my second vehicle, however since I still went at the scheduled time to have the guy attempt to fix the fading in my door panels. Straight off the bat I was given an a “there’s nothing in it for me” attitude since I had canceled my tint appointment where it eventually escalated into the guy throwing a temper tantrum at me for even trying to get my door panels fixed after canceling my tint appointment. Pathetic customer service and a terrible excuse for an employee. I’ve had 3 vehicles tinted here and sent countless friends and family to this place and that’s now ended. Get better help.

Review: Phenomenal customer service, answered every question I had to the best of their knowledge and most of all acted very professional with respect, definitely a place I will be returning to in the near future. I have zero negatives to say about GTS tint pro. I went in for a tint job on my Jetta on five windows and I was out in less than 2 hours for something that probably would have taken me days.
