They installed four new custom exterior doors at our house and most recently installed a new double garage door. The installation team of Brandon and Justin was terrific as they were prompt, polite, very knowledgeable and completed the job in an efficient manner. In addition, they were neat with the clean up. We also dealt with Tim and Anna Drost in the sales process, who were terrific to give us options in our purchase selection and made sure we felt good about the purchase and the value derived for the price paid. What was even more impressive was that after the jobs were done, they would come back to make refinements and adjustments to ensure total customer satisfaction with their work product. Our experience with Window World is that you feel like you are dealing with a family business that is committed to customer service by offering high quality products and they back it up with a service team that is extremely competent and qualified in the installation process. I picked Window World once again as they have done two sliders, a bay widow and my front door previously. Their price vs quality and professionalism is simply the best. It starts with Tim and Grace showing me the 3d software of what my house would look like and a review of their materials. Then Tim came out and spent 1.5 hours answering my 100 questions. Grace was very helpful explaining and finalizing the contract and warranty. Nick came out the week before the job started and we revisited the 100 questions of how they do all the nooks and crannies associated with my custom built home to confirm we were on the same page. Then the crew came out led by Seth. Every one of them were so polite and professional. I looked at everything inch of the house during the five day project. Seth was so patient and helpful with my questions and did several cosmetic adjustments I didn’t think of until the siding was being installed. Nick stopped by daily to make sure my 100 questions were being taken care. I believe they have several installer teams but if you’re lucky to get Seth and his team you’ll be glad you did. We just replaced nearly 40 windows in our home and they got it done in 5 1/2 hours and left the house cleaner than when they came! From start to finish they were not only kind and considerate but they were consistently communicative. Nothing caught us by surprise – what they promised during the original quote is exactly what happened when all was said and done. Their staff is unlike any other. They were true professionals – everyone had a smile on their face the entire day and looked energized to be here. The leads run amazing crews and you can tell they are all proud of the work they do. Every single detail was considered, including adding a bit of extra trim on our exterior picture window to ensure it all matches the same white tone. If you’re on the fence or shopping around for quotes – just go with Window World! Even though they seem to offer the best pricing around, it’s worth every penny to work with a company like this. We had a few other contractors give us estimates before W.W arrived for their estimate. We were a bit overwhelmed with the process so far. When Window World showed up, they spent a good amount of time on our roof and in the attic before they sat down with us to go over what we needed. No other contractor had gotten on the roof or checked the attic. From the moment they arrived, we felt they were fair and honest. Our roof was in bad shape, we needed help ASAP. Their price was competitive and we decided to chose them. They even were able to get here sooner than our original schedule date thankfully. The install team did an excellent job while on site. They were hard working, friendly and cleaned up the work site at the end of the each day. They did a great job and I would recommend them to my family and friends. We found them to be honest, trustworthy and fair. Those qualities extended to every person in their employment, from the person who answers the phone, to the team doing the labor in the field, to the finance department and to the sales team. They get 5 gold stars from us. If we need more of the services they use, we will call them again. Each visit from inspection to installations arrived as stated. Wait time for product and price are way up there. Of course Covid unfortunately has played a big part in that. Installation crew very courteous and efficient. They work very well together. Forman, Justice and crew, easy to speak with, asked and listen to all questions/concerns no matter how trivial. Almost wrong trim installed, no fault of crew, company pickers packed wrong product.? Quickly resolved the next day due to proper trim not even being on hand. Caution needed with communication between inspector-packer-installers. For me, I would’ve went farther with the wood filler but I’m a perfectionist (Retired Master Craftsman/Finish Carpenter), and will be sanding and stain the interior trim anyways. Manufactures foot deadbolt could use improvement. For all above mentioned I would rate 4.7 ⭐️! Hopeful any and all unforeseen issues would be addressed. Once the order was placed, we scheduled our install date! Jeremy Dion was our installer and between his helper and himself, it was one of the best experiences yet! They were both extremely personable and friendly, efficient, clean, courteous and went above and beyond what was expected! Everything came out great and looks fantastic! Couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the overall experience this company has given us! I would give more stars if possible, and would love to be able to work with these guys again! When I said “four thousand for that small door!?” He said “well we aren’t Home Depot. If you want a cheap door go there.” I wish I had told him to get the F out of my house. Unfortunately I was caught so off guard by his demeaning remarks and insulting me with the outrageous quote I was stuped and not thinking fast enough. I’ve been thinking about it and realized that if I had been a man I never would have been treated that way. Discrimination, chauvinism and price gouging women, by their sales person Val. Obviously I didn’t do business with them. It would be interesting to know if any other women were treated this way by them. I would like to see what a 28″ wide, plain exterior $4000.00 door looks like. I didn’t find anything close to $4000.00 on Google. Just because you have woman working in the office or showroom doesn’t have anything to do with chauvenism. Every person I told about that said the same thing. If a man was there it would have been a whole different story. I ended up with a nice garage door, for less than half the price Val quoted, from a very nice family run store. Try Devine Overhead Doors if you want to save a thousand dollars and meet some very nice people.
