Review: This is a solid 5 star review from a very happy repeat customer. Dan Viens and his team at Village Detail in Acton do a terrific job. They’re thorough with an eye for detail, they take initiative, they’re quick, and all for a great price. I’ve had my cars detailed inside and out and I’ve been delighted with the results each time. I highly recommend these folks.

Review: Do yourself a favor and skip past the five star review and read the one star reviews that tell the true story. Our car (a normal sedan) was with them for a full day and they had only completed the interior when we went to pick it up. Ok. No worries. We scheduled a follow up so they could wrap it up. When we went back and left the car with them on day 2, after a second full day of not having a car, went to pickup the car, they had “forgotten to clean it. They promised a 20% discount on the original ridiculous price if we gave them a third chance. On day three of our ordeal, they were late by a good 30 mins. They had left a voicemail on my phone 30 mins before the pickup was scheduled informing of the delay on day 3. If I had time for all this, I would not NEED a detailing service. When I asked them about the refund, the owner Dan started getting spicy about “sap on the roof” of the car. Our car is parked in a garage. I have never had such unprofessional service and dealt with unapologetic owners of a business. Am never going back there and strongly recommend you stay away from this sham.

Review: I contacted Dan and crew for a full interior detail after having let my car get a bit out of hand. Two small children and a number of other factors left my car dirtier than I would normally let it get and honestly I know it was bad. I asked for an appointment as quick as possible and was able to get one the next day. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up at the end of the work day. The owner Dan was so incredibly kind upon pickup and gave me follow up instructions on how to let the car and mats dry overnight. As for the detail, it was spotless. My car looks brand new on the inside, my husband and father in law have also commented similarly and are impressed. They were even able to remove some awful stains from the seats from my kids spilling juice and a smoothie. It looks like a child had never even set foot in the car. The price was really great for all of the work they put in. I was expecting to be charged much more for the seats and it was so reasonable. They even called after taking the time to review my car to make sure I would be okay with the price for the seats before moving forward. I will definitely be using them again!

Review: Finally did something for me and decided to get my car detailed as I never did before. My car was a huge crumby dust ball especially the stains in the back seat from my toddler playing wack a mole with his food and drinks. I honestly didn’t even realize how dirty my car was until I got it detailed. Village detail came highly recommended and now I know why my car came out SPOTLESS. Not even a spect of dust. Not to mention the price for the job that was done I would consider cheap! Dan is great, very personable, professional and reliable. I will be getting my car done here from now on. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get the job done right!

Review: I came in this morning to get a quote on removing the scraping my garage door did to my new car. I was given a great price and was told it could be done while I waited. It looks great now. The price and service were superior!

The pricing at Village Detail is highly competitive. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. They displayed a genuine passion for their work.

Review: I was given a $150 gift certificate for Xmas, the cost for a midsize car interior detail (I have a Forrester). I was shocked when I got a call that there would be a $75 additional charge! I don’t have pets or small children – yes the car was dirty but there was no food, no stains, nothing sticky or smelly. A 50% upcharge seemed ridiculous to me. I negotiated down to $50 but still felt cheated, honestly. It was almost double the cost to clean my entire house! I am giving 4 stars though because they did do a very good job. But the price is outrageous.
