Review: They did a great job minus breaking a piece of my car. They put it back together mostly and took $100 off the price which is more than what it’ll cost to replace the part.
Accidents happen, the car’s shape also had to do with this situation. Point of comment is, they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it. I will be coming back in the future if needed.

Review: They are great to deal with they did everything we needed done and went out of there way to get us a better price for our money. They do great work on radius cuts and tapped edges on glass for Future also.

Review: A++ I called at 9am. Initially was told to call back the next day b/c the windshield wasn’t in stock. Once I expressed urgency the rep made some calls to have my windshield ordered and delivered that day. Without an appointment and not initially having the windshield in stock they still were able to serve me within the same day. Price was good compared to the going rate. All around great experience and the they appear to be good people who take business and customer service serious

Review: I was just driving down this side road and I had just inherited a 2015 Chevy impala, that had a cracked passenger window. I knew it would pass inspection. I called , Heather answered, she was so pleasant. She said if I ordered by 4 pm , I could have it done by the next day. I brought it in at 8am the following day and was out by 11! Customer service has been at an all time low since the pandemic. So it was a PLEASANT and efficient surprise and encounter that I received! 5 stars!!!!!

Review: This place is it!!!! Starting with the customer service on the phone when I called to the entire experience, D&S Glass Service definitely gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling that I was being taken care of!
My Issue: I have a 2020 Kenworth W900 L and the seal around the window began to come out, and yes it’s a semi truck!!! I pulled in John met me by the time I stepped out of the truck, accessed the repair and said pull around back let me grab my ladder and I’ll let you know… well in a matter of 45 minutes to an hour my truck was resealed and I was good to go….. keep in mind I had NO APPOINTMENT so that speaks volumes for an owner operator like myself. I definitely will be coming back for all of my window needs!!! Great family oriented business with exceptional service definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
