Review: Premier window repaired several old wooden windows throughout my house. I had asked multiple vendors to fix windows in my house but was told to replace everything for tens of thousands of dollars.
Premier did excellent work with skilled craftsmen installing a complicated glass door and repairing a burned window frame. All painting and sealing completed. Prices reasonable. I will hire again for similar work.

Review: Premier Windows & Glass repaired or replaced 23 screens on our aging windows. They were prompt in coming to our house to give us an estimate and in performing the work. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, efficient, and professional; their online business system (estimate, scheduling, invoice) worked seamlessly. The work was first rate for a reasonable price. We’ll call on Premier again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Review: Premier Windows has been a phenomenal experience. Five 3rd floor bedroom casement windows replaced. Two sliding patio and deck doors along with five side panels to be replaced. The windows and doors being replaced are 40 years old. Prices competitive with its competitors. Installation scheduled and completed within a week of Marvin delivering windows order. Russ and Alex were the installation team. They completed a two-day installation job in a day and half. The heat index on installation days was 108. They kept the bedrooms doors closed to not lose the cold AC air to the open windows. But they paid for their thoughtfulness by working in extremely hot bedrooms. We ran fans in the bedrooms and lots of ice cold drinks to keep from dehydration. The installation was professional. They replaced exterior dry rotted trim and painted it. They hauled away old windows and cleaned up really well after completing the projects. Highly recommend Premier Windows and Glass 🙌💯

Review: Terrible customer service they said they’d be out at my house by 1 PM. I called them at 1:37 and I was told there was a window from one to two. Then I received another call that said they were 45 minutes out. I guess they expected me to wait an hour and a half for them to get to my house. They need to learn a little bit about customer service. I canceled their visit. I was frustrated.

Review: The Premier Windows and Glass has provided an excellent service for me! A frame of one of the windows in my condo was broken, and I looked for a company that would fix it and prolong the life of the window. So, I was very happy to discover The Premier Windows and Glass. Their technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he do a quality job on fixing the frame, but he also explained to me what needs to be done to prevent the window from breaking down again and avoid paying a lot of money for its replacement. In addition, the manager and technician responded to my service request in a prompt manner. The problem was solved on the day when I called the company. Last but not least, the company offers competitive service rates and does not push people to spend more money than is absolutely necessary. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a window to be fixed or replaced.
