Review: I was first referred to “another” local tint company (won’t mention names, but it’s in Dorchester Co.). I tried numerous times (by phone and email) to contact the owner. Not only did the guy not call me back for a week, when he did, he was rude as hell. (Zero customer service skills = a business that doesn’t get my money). I was shocked because he came highly recommended. After two weeks of rudeness and getting the runaround, I decided to find another tint company. That’s when I found Jimmy at “Armored Tint & Detail.” Not only is he knowledgeable and talented at his trade, he’s also a genuinely nice guy! Great customer service, friendly, polite, and detail-oriented! It cost me about $40 extra (compared to the “other” local tint company) but it was sooooo worth it, and I plan to go back to Jimmy for additional work on my car. —He promptly and professionally replied to my inquiry. I got an appointment very quickly. And he did such an amazing job! After providing tint services, he even cleaned the inside and outside of my car “as a courtesy.” When I came to pick up my car, I was so impressed.
“Armored Tint & Detail” has all my business from hereforth. If you’re on the Eastern Shore, I highly recommend contacting Jimmy at Armored Tint! You won’t regret it.
