In the past two weeks I had my tint removed and replaced on my wind shield and front two windows. When they replaced/retinted the front two windows they were not the darkness I requested. When I told the owner of my disappointed he informed me it would be $40 for them to take the tint off and another $120 to retint again. NO WAY! I didn’t expect him to retint for free but to want to charge me those prices again when I just paid and was dissatisfied is ridiculous. Response to Owner: I didn’t choose the darkness/percentage I wanted. That was my ignorance. I came in and stated to you “ I want my two front windows to match my previously tinted back windows” I trusted your expertise and I was wrong. Thank you for acknowledging my disappointment. Came out well, and reasonable price. Will be back for window tint as well. Highly recommend this place.
