Review: I bought a sliding bed cover three years ago. For the price that it was, it definitely did not hold up. First, I was told it would be water proof. It wasnt. What I transported on my move out of state, shortly after the purchase, still got wet from the rain I ran into and a couple things were even ruined from it. Second, third year having it, the spring for the latch is now broken. So now I have to use a screwdriver to pry it open. I understand things do wear out over time, but the cost of this was way more than the quality you get

Review: I purchased a hard top tonneau cover for my Toyota Tacoma truck, at the Edgewater location about two years ago. For some reason, rough ride, or bumping, the cover somehow slides off the rails, not a whole lot, but it moves off the truck rails to the point it needs re-adjustment. I have come back to the Edgewater location twice and they jumped on the job without any questions. The staff are great, cordial and seem happy to see you. Even when I tried to pay them for their time, they declined. Now that is customer service after the sale for sure!!!! Highly recommend this shop for their work ethic and just insuring customer service is alive and well at the Edgewater location. Thanks!!!

Review: They installed a Titan 60 gal fuel tank in my truck in February. The first time I filled the tank it started burping fuel on me an on the ground. I talked to them and they looked at the installation and could not find an issue. I spoke with Titan and they said to have the installer call them. Shane and Josh called Titan and explained the issue. Titan sent them a kit to install to fix the issue. Josh installed the kit and hopefully that fixes the issue.
Trick trucks has been great to deal with during this issue. Because of this kind of customer service is why they are always busy. They have and will continue to have my business.
