Review: I recently reached out to this business regarding an estimate for the restoration of 8 jalousie windows and was connected with Rich Davis. Rich personally came out to the job site to make sure that he could get parts for this project.
After his visit, I reached back out to Rich and was told that he could in fact get parts for this project, but when I requested a timeframe and/or price for this project, I received zero response, and he has been non responsive ever since.
It’s perplexing to see a business with such a good local reputation leave money on the table.
