They were patient to answer all of my questions and the prices are very reasonable!!! .. if you are thinking about going .. just go !!.. From the moment I walked in, the owner seemed rushed and disinterested in addressing my questions as a first-time customer. Instead of taking the time to explain the differences between tents, he quickly brushed me off. To make matters worse, after the owner left me in the hands of his wife, she displayed appalling rudeness when I expressed frustration over the incorrect tinting of my windows. As a novice in this area, I relied on their expertise, only to be met with condescension and dismissiveness. What truly irked me was the owner’s assumption that I was trying to save money when inquiring about pricing options. Such baseless assumptions are not only unprofessional but also insulting to customers. When I requested a refund due to their failure to meet my expectations, they adamantly refused. Despite exchanging numbers with the owner and his assurances of fixing the issue, he conveniently ignored my calls and failed to fulfill his promises. In summary, my experience with this tent company was a complete letdown.
