Review: Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. Lots of imperfections on the rear window and front windshield. Scratches on a film i think they use a sharp edge tool that scratches the film cause its in multiple places.

Review: Called on a Saturday morning and they made appointment for me the same day. Professional, patient, very reasonably priced, and not pushy at all. Even went so far as to replace the mounting screws for my license plate, as the dealership I bought the car from installed the plates with absurdly over-sized bolts that were barely hanging on.
Highly recommended.

Review: Horrible when it comes to customer service. I had to have my driver window redone 3 times because of scratches and bubbles. The 2nd time I came back the 1 of the owners who is a man told me I was being ridiculous and cursed at me. He actually redid my tint and it was worse than before. The next time I came back, which was today. I showed the other owner (his wife) what area was scratched. Out of no where her husband comes out calling me miserable and she immediately got upset with me as well when I began to defend myself. The worst experience I’ve ever been through. I will never patronize this place again and I hope they don’t come across the wrong person because the way handle having to redo a window is very unprofessional and straight up ghetto!

Review: “Kudos” Very professional, Excellent, and friendly customer service. After being recomended by another business, I stopped pass, was given a quote and I made the appointment. Customer services at SS speakes volume, I was treated with the upmost respect. The installer was waiting on me as I show up. “Highly recommended for vehicle window tinting”.

Review: Great customer service. Was giving quote quickly for product I wanted. Melissa answered all of my questions I had, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Melissa helped me make an appointment and she and the installers were ready when we showed up. The work was done quickly and it seems to be a perfect instillation. No bubbles or warping.
I’ll be using Sunstoppers Baltimore again for any future car window tinting and I’m planning on using them to tint some windows in my home.
