Whilst it was not fully functional when I left their shop but it was nothing to do with their work. I had to make several calls to customer service in China to solve the problem. It turned out to be a setting in my car that needed changing. I liked dealing with Mark and his crew as they are very smart but also fun and friendly. I asked for one extra task while they were inside the car and that was changing the cabin filter. This was more work than I expected because it was badly clogged with debris, more than just pollen which is what you expect!
