CM Mobile Detail

My vehicle was spotless inside and out. When it rained, two days after my CM Mobile Detail appointment, the shine on my vehicle remained. The booking and customer service was easy and very professional. I had my area rug and couch cleaned today. They arrived right on time and were very professional and detail oriented. We scheduled an appointment through their website and even got confirmation emails, but then on the day of the appointment no one showed up. After we made several calls and emails, we got a call back from Mike telling me they were closed that day (even though the website said they were open and let us schedule an appointment and we were sent email confirmations). Mike rescheduled us for another day and said he personally would handle the appointment. Then on the 2nd day, again no one showed up. We again made several calls and finally a technician (not Mike) arrived over an hour and a half late. The technician worked for another company called A-RZ Cleaning. It seems like all CM Mobile Detail does is schedule the appointment and then another company actually does the work. And CM Mobile does a very bad job at coordinating the appointment. Next time we will just contact the company that actually does the work directly. We sent an email to CM Mobile Detail letting them know about our experience and giving them a chance to respond, and after two weeks we have gotten no response. Extremely bad customer service and overall experience with CM Mobile Detail.
