After a few conversations between Matt and my wife, I decided to go with him. We scheduled an appointment and he followed up the night before to make sure we were still on. The day of the service, he set me up a place for me to work because it was a 6 hour job. The location was located in a nice serene location and the time flew by. I had to opportunity to watch the work being done and ask questions as well as getting more information about my car and what he has experienced with other Model 3 owners which I found to be very insightful. He took the time to listen to my situation and why I needed the car and not only did he just listen, he went above and beyond to add some protection at places that I didnt ask for for free! He also stands by his work and will address any problems that may happen in the future. My ratings Customer service: 6/5 stars – He listened to what my needs are and went above and beyond. He educated me and told me how I can preserve my wifes car longer. He took my call every time and took some time chatting with me. While I was there, he gave the same customer service quality to other clients of his. I’m very impressed by his professionalism. Quality: 5/5 – Its the XPEL liner that is installed by experienced professionals. I watched them literally sit there working on it with headlamps inspecting every inch of their work making sure it was perfect. Professionalism : 5/5 – 100% professional I know the price may be a little higher than the competition but you get what you pay for IMHO. Will I go back to do my next car? I thought I knew what I wanted when it came to PPF film, but Matt really knows his business and explained to me over the next 45 minutes, the most cost effective way to get even better coverage on my new car. The work was impeccable and you could tell done with care ! I highly recommend them for your cars needs. Where else would the owner spend that amount of time to make sure you get exactly what you want at the best price to you. I contacted Matt toward the end of 2020 to have paint protection work done to my 2020 Audi S3. My wife had hers done at another well known Maryland facility, and they did a horrible job! In fact, they tried applying the film twice, and couldn’t get it right, so she was refunded her money. Knowing I wanted to get my car done, I started shopping around and came across Matt’s business. I reached out to Matt and expressed my concerns about the last experience we had, and he explained his process and reassured me that his level of work would meet my expectations. So that you know, I’m an extremely particular individual and have high expectations. After talking with Matt for about 30 minutes, I scheduled an appointment to have the film applied. I had the entire hood covered, a partial on the fender wells and the side view mirrors done. Matt’s work was absolutely perfect! There’s absolutely no flaws in the work, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of detail, service and professionalism, as well as his competitive pricing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Matt. He definitely will have my future business.
