Review: The consultant, Dylan, came by right away. He knew his stuff. Answered all our questions and told us some things about local zoning restrictions (like needing escape windows) that would have really tripped us up. He clearly knew his stuff. Prices and scheduling were very reasonable too.
Later, the installation went swimmingly. Rafe and his crew came by on time, answered my questions and cleaned up after their work was done. The windows look great and the house is already feeling warmer.

Review: I had the most wonderful gentlemen Dylan Oneil explain not only the quality of the windows from Window World but everything from use to the maintenance along with great suggestions. It’s not often you meet this type person that is willing to take the time to answer all pertinent questions, Guarantees or any other issues. He was the epitome of perfection at his job! I have all the details of installation as to exactly what will transpire. The pricing is very reasonable and I look forward to doing more next year with this Company. I’m very excited for the installations. Very happy to do business with Dylan and Window World!

Review: Called Window World to come out to have 3 slider doors installed. Sales rep came out April took some measurements, gave us an acceptable price, we signed the contract. Told us the timeframe was 24 + weeks out, which was also acceptable. 4 1/2 months later they came out for a final measurement. At that point the tech wasn’t sure if they couldn’t do the job because of our house’s narrow door jambs. He said that they would figure something out. Well they figured out that they couldn’t do the job! The sales tech, who told us he was a former builder and master carpenter, missed measuring the door jambs. I feel that they could have done the job but that they declined because of the amount of work involved. Something we would have been willing to pay for. So after waiting 4 1/2 months, all we got was, sorry! This outcome for us was totally in acceptable.

Review: We had the front of our home done 1 year and the back about a year later. We were extremely happy with the products and service. We recommended to family & friends. We had a few issues in the last year and Lauren & Dylan in the service department were very responsive of our issues and worked very quickly to remedy our issues. I can’t say enough about their service department. Satisfied customers are their first response. Very easy to deal with. Would recommend them again to friends & family.

Review: I have 26 windows purchased from Window World in 2006. The seal started to go on 15 of them creating a film in between the glass. Window World immediately got me set up with replacement and installation due to the lifetime warranty. Outstanding customer service. Highly reccomend.

Review: It’s sad, the work they do is great. But then literally wait a week and a half after installation and threaten to take you to small claims court for now “paying your bill.” I have never had a company work this way. Terrible customer service. We were even thinking of using them for another project. Nope, we’ll be looking for someone else.
