Review: Stay away from this place. Had an appointment for last Friday for them to come measure some windows at my house for replacement. I took the time off from work to be here and they called me 45 minutes before the appointment to tell me that they could not make it. We rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday today and again I took the time off from work sitting here waiting. They’re supposed to be here at three now it’s 413 and they called and said that they are not coming today. Worst customer service ever I would not recommend this company to anybody. I would like to leave no stars, but in order to make this post, I have to at least leave one star.

Review: Terrible customer service. The person who waited on me was completely disinterested in providing assistance. He made no effort to accommodate me in a timely manner. The first appointment he could give me was a week out. I contacted Safelite and they came to me the next business day! Could not recommend.
