Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I had an appointment, which was started on time. Michael answered all my questions, explained options, and showed me examples. He did this both before and after my tint was finished. He was very friendly, and I was never regarded with impatience or ever made to feel like an annoyance for asking questions. He was patient and thorough and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was happy with the result. The tinting process altogether was fast and efficient. The price was extremely fair and reasonable, and I was very pleasantly surprised how affordable it was. The tint is exactly what I wanted, immaculate, and looks spectacular! Every aspect of this experience was impressive, and I am beyond pleased. I was treated and felt like a client who matters, not just a person expected to come in, get tinted, pay, and then be shoved out the door as quickly as possible to get it over with and on to the next.
