Held my car hostage, demanded I pay full price ($400) and all he did was remove my old tint off my back window. He had my car for 4 hours, told me to come back in 3 hours!! He has done this before and knew he could hold my car due to a LA law. Cops came and he used that law to make me pay him. I was referred by Snappy Tint who unfortunately is no longer working on vehicles. I had Optical Auto replace a window and tint it to match my other ones.
