Both exo-shields have a glazed finish on service after 6 mos and both have delaminated making it dangerous to drive. So I had to pay a professional company to remove and reinstall because Ridge refused to honor the warranty. Saying it’s a defective product and they are having problems with it in this climate. Neither Ridge nor his wife will return calls. I guess I should have known that a business run out of his back yard with a different address on the website should have been a red flag. The 2nd exo-shield he installed was actually a mistake he made and I felt bad so I paid him full price. I was even recommending him to my clients for their homes and businesses. And I can’t even get a returned call. Edit: Let’s clear up any confusion you have Ridge Attardo. The second exo-shield you I stalled on my son’s car was not authorized. I requested a price but authorized only the tint. Now if you want we can bring him into the conversation since the 3 of us were the only ones there. I felt sorry for you and told you I would pay for it. You did replace the exo-shield on each car under warranty and it happened again while still under warranty. Yes the warranty is now passed but you were aware that it happened again. The only way I can get you or your wife to answer the phone is to call from a different number. Remember you said you would take care of the brake tag and tint on windshield? Or do you not want to address that? He did an excellent job, was well mannered, professional and friendly. The price was the lowest we could find but we still got the upmost service and workmanship. This was last year and we have not had one problem with the installation or the film.
