She took it over there due to the recommendation from a nephew. He quoted a price that seemed great so they started on it. He called said it would take a little longer because they found mold behind some trim panels and would have to remove the trim panels and console when she picked it up the car looked like it had just came off a new car showroom not flaw anywhere. All stains on.seats where gone the wax job was flawless. When I made a guess on what I thought it was less than half of my estimate He didn’t charge any extra for the extra work. Cleaned my exterior, interior and engine bay. His price he quoted me was excellent and you cannot ask for a better deal and the quality that comes with it. I was quoted at $185, which is what I paid. I was told about 3 hours based on what I needed, but it took about 2.5. I had spilled a smoothie in my front seat (I have cloth seats) & it had gotten seeped into the crevasses. I tried Chemical Bros spray & it made zero difference. Now there’s no trace that there was ever a stain there. Making an appointment was so easy. I called & my call was missed, but I was called back. Honestly I feel that doesn’t happen often. I had an appointment during his proposed time, but I mentioned it & he gave me a window of when I could show up without losing my appointment. During the whole process, because I stayed there, I was given updates & told about how much longer it would be. Amazing customer service here. Also, no payment needed upon service completion. You’ll receive a receipt to your email with the opportunity to add a tip there.
