Review: I wanted to take the time to personally say how great the customer service at Audio Concepts is. They are extremly respectful in everything that they do. I cant tell you the amounts of various question i have asked when it came to the audio system in my truck and what all the settings do, but every question i asked was answerd in full and explained to a point where it was understandable. They were able solve various amounts of problems when it came to perfecting the sound in my truck. I just wanted to say that Audio Concepts has gone out of there way to help me and i greatly appreciate there effort. I am over all astonished by the excelllent customer service and would definatly reccomend them for any question regarding audio.
