Making sure I was scheduled and informing me about the install and prices, so I wouldn’t be caught off guard about anything that was being done. Additional shoutout to the installation Team for a clean installation. My system sounds amazing. Quote you one price and start adding on when they get your vehicle in. Drop off my truck to have $2500 of car audio installed. Guy they call Ace calls me a nd tells me it would be $100 more dollars to mount the amp behind the seat. I asked why because I was quoted the price for custom installation. So we went back and fourth and wife asked to speak with Mike the owner. He called me back and gave me an ultimatum. They are mounting the amp under the front seat take it or leave. I left it. Person helping was very professional. The price was better than anywhere else in the area. The installation was clean and fast. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!! He went above and beyond with his customer service and took the extra time to explain everything in detail. The price he quoted me was very reasonable for what I needed. I highly recommend mikes audio for all of your audio needs. Expert customer service from Nick. Update: I just went and purchased the equipment that we discussed earlier and the transaction was very smooth.
