He is very friendly and knowledgeable and doesn’t make you feel like you HAVE to go with a specific film. He caters everything to the customer and their desires! I believe his prices can’t be beat! He and his team tinted my front two windows in less than 20 minutes!! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and doesn’t make you feel like you HAVE to go with a specific film. He caters everything to the customer and their desires! I believe his prices can’t be beat! Mr Russell called me back the same day I requested a quote for pricing and gave me all the different prices and options they had and told me about the benefits for each one. He was super understanding when I told him how my job has me on call and I might have to reschedule last minute but he was willing to work with me. When I got to the shop he was happy to meet me and even showed me with a heat lamp the difference each film makes before you finalize your decision. After the tint job was done, he didn’t just give me the keys and let me go on my way. He saw there were some impurities in the tint and came back out to ensure everything looked good before handing it over.
