I don’t typically complete reviews (positive or negative), but my experience at Northshore Tint & Detail was truly exceptional. The level of courtesy and professionalism I received from Nick, Catherine, and their team was beyond amazing. They fit me into the schedule promptly, communicated prices and options to me beforehand, and kept me updated as the work was being performed. They completed my tint job in less time than estimated and extended the price they originally quoted me for the job, even though several months had passed between the time I requested a quote and the time I finally scheduled service. They honored the original quote, even though the delay was on my end, and I did not ask for them to honor the original quote. This action demonstrated to me that they are honest and do what’s right, even when it’s not requested of them. I’m happy to highly recommend Northshore Tint & Detail to anyone seeking tint and detail services. These folks are honest, hardworking, and quality professionals.
