Technician Austin did a flawless installation and assisted me with a technical issue decision to patch a chip vs. replace left panel on Freightliner sleeper. Review: I had a busted windshield and needed a quick repair. Rite-way auto glass beat the competitors price by a long shot. Literly saved me over a 1000 bucks. My CSR was Gina and she was very helpful and literly made my day when she told me the price. Taylor was my technician and he knew what he was doing. Very friendly guy and got my windsheild replaced in no time. I need to take that guy out for a beer, he handled buisness like a boss!!! BTW if you see this Taylor , congrats on the wedding. Awesome buisness and awesome people. I know where all my glass needs will handled at in the future!!!

Review: Doing business with Rite-Way Auto Glass was the “rite-way” to go for me. I spoke with Shanna in the office multiple times and Shanna even called to followup on my experience after the work had been performed! Shanna wasn’t my only great contact with the company either… my technician, Cody, called to confirm my appointment and Cody was polite and efficient when on the job. I had the opportunity to shake hands with Cody post glass install and he took the time to answer any of my questions and assure me that his work would come with a warranty and be backed up by the company. Between Shanna and Cody’s exemplary customer service I have nothing but good things to say about Rite-Way!
