Review: Asked Autosound for advice on improving my CRV’s factory sound system. They went through all my options, showed me what’s sub would look like in my space, even gave me a look at a recent install they had done that morning. The pricing was more than I wanted to spend at the moment and they had no issues with that and didn’t try to sell me on anything I wasn’t ready for. I got lucky there was a cancellation. They got me in and out and the new speakers sound amazing! And because they took the time to show me all of the options, I will use them again to continue to build a great sounding system.

Review: They are not very transparent with pricing. I went to get a sound system installed in my first car and they definitely took advantage of me not knowing very much about what the process would entail. My favorite part was watching the technician stand around and eat a snack while charging me an hourly rate for installation 👍 take your business elsewhere folks!

Review: This was amazing customer service!
I love my remote start in my car and I was having issues with it not turning on. Also, my phone was not receiving very good connection being plugged into the stereo. I showed up without an appointment and JC Jones was magnificent! He was very kind and sweet and had my remote start fixed within minutes and then proceeds to check why I keep losing connection from my phone to the stereo even though I bought a new cord and a new phone and it was still happening. He brought out his screw gun and found the problem right away! Talk about a happy camper! Do you know how hard it was to go on long trips and have your phone lose connection when you’re mapped out with directions. This woman is very happy!!
Thank you JC for all your hard work and knowledge. I highly recommend AUTO SOUND!!

Review: Called about a simple issue that I thought I could fix myself with a single door speaker. The gentleman I spoke with identified it as a common issue with my model vehicle immediately and fixed my issue at no cost. Very pleasant customer service and would highly recommend :)
