Review: I want to personally give a shout out to Mr. Joey Banbel for his over the top service and help during my recent purchase of the Linex Bed liner product for my new 2023 F150 Lightning. I called late in the day and he worked into their next day schedule, he also met me at a provided transportation to my work as the truck was my daily commuter. His pricing was very competitive and the finish was fantastic. I highly recommend Kentucky Customs/Linex and please ask for Joey you will not be disappointed.

Review: We recently had a hitch installed on our 2020 Dodge Durango and had the 2 front windows tinted to match the back windows and were blown away by the service and integrity of the LINE-X team. There was a miscommunication/misunderstanding about the pricing that we landed on (via email before the installation) and Connor and the team that stayed late to finish our install, worked with us to come to a new a price that was fair. Thankful that this business has integrity and that I can leave a 5-star review for them. Also thankful that our Dodge looks badass and can tow our trailer and toys!

Review: I took in my 2023 tundra to line x in Nicholasville to get a brush guard, nerf bars, and some window tinting on the front windows. Matt was awesome the whole way through and the truck looks amazing. The price was fair and the service was excellent. He even got me a great price on spraying lineX on my brush guard. It looks tough and I’m so glad I did it. Definitely recommend line x to anyone looking to add some accessories to their truck.

Review: Terrible experience….extremely poor customer service. This is the third truck (and the last) that we have taken to Line-X of Lexington for a spray-on bed liner and installation of a goose neck hitch. They claimed to have issues with the application equipment (which happens) but they wouldn’t give us a straight answer as to when our truck would be ready…twice we were told the truck was ready only to find that much of the work still needed to be complete. Long story short we dropped the truck off at 8:00 am made three separate (45 min) trips before finally getting our vehicle the next morning at 10:00 am….$2156 later and not a thank you, sorry for the inconvenience or can we do anything to make it right? just here’s your keys and there’s your truck. In the future I am going to take my business to Line-X of Danville and I recommend you consider doing the same.

Review: Update: they have now done my third vehicle with tint since my first review.. since then 3 tints, andersen hitch, road master active suspension. Amazing work fantastic crew highly recommend.
Great customer service! Local family owned and operated. Got a bed liner, and bed rail anchors. Only took a few hours. Very happy with the quality and look of the liner. They also have tons of accessories inside the store. AMSOIL dealer.
