(No surprise with the customer service I experienced they deserve to be busy) I digress in my down point of having my car broken into he referred me to another place that was able to squeeze me in with his rec! We stopped at Jacks Glass. They fixed it in a short time. I can’t remember the techs name ,but he was VERY PROFESSIONAL. And the price was reasonable. My grandkids were glad to be on our way to the park. Their service was incredible from start to finish. The staff working the front desk/phones genuinely care about their customers and – odd as this may sound – it was a pleasure sitting in their waiting area listening to them treat every customer calling or walking in with a positive attitude and respect. The team was incredibly friendly, positive, and clear with expectations. My appointment started right on time and the wait was even a bit shorter than expected. I did have an issue with my install in which my automatic wipers were not working properly (not triggering when it rained) – Jack’s got me back in right away and completely fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Everything was covered by insurance so I paid $0 out of pocket, and they handled everything with my insurance company directly – no paperwork for me. Absolutely recommend Jack’s Glass!
