Review: Had a remote start put in on the same day I called getting pricing, price and time as promised. Jordan will take care of you. This is an addition to previous review, since having the remote start installed which I love with the colder temps here I took my trailblazer back to Jordan and had four new speakers put in since my stock ones had all quit working, work was done at promised time and very fair price looks like everything is stock in my truck. When I picked up my vehicle on the way home I noticed the door panel had a rattle to it I called Jordan and told him he said bring in next morning at 9:00 They fixed the panel while I waited, top notch service at 316 Customs.

Review: Great customer service and product knowledge! Set appt after fair price on dash cam with install. Day of install in and out just over 2 hours! Made sure app installed and working correctly before I left. Install was clean and professional A+! Highly recommend!

Review: ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN:
No respect from the owner. Couldn’t complete the remote start job after letting me know on a call the day before they could do it on my vehicle, and it’d only take 2.5 hours. I waited in the lobby with this assumption. For 6 hours I was there and got nothing out of it. Find somewhere else. Owner yelled in my face after I let him know I was upset with the experience. Called me “bud” thinking he’s somehow superior. Not how you should ever treat a customer. Don’t go here. Zero stars if I could. Abysmal.
Not once in the 6 hours did they give an update on the status on their own. I had to ask multiple times and was left in the dark the first 4 hours that they were having troubles. They kept saying “Oh, only 30 more mins” for hours. I was assuming they were behind. Good customer service would’ve involved communication.
No apology or anything on their end. Just a we’ll get the system put back together and you can leave.
Would enjoy seeing this place go under with the sheer disrespect I received, especially around the holidays (12/31/24) – don’t be open if your attitude is going to show you just want to go home.
