Trey was able to squeeze me in next day for a full interior and exterior detail. Upon arrival, he greeted me with a smile and was able to inform me of everything included in the full detail, as well as made me aware of optional add-ons and what the total price would be upon completion. One big plus is that he does not collect the money until your car is finished to guarantee your satisfaction, truly making sure all customers needs are met first. Upon arrival, my car looked like a completely brand new vehicle. It was cleaner than it was when I originally picked it up from Carvana. The interiors were vacuumed, shampooed, and he even gave me a free car mat for my vehicle since mine was worn. The exteriors were professionally polished and my tires were shining to perfection, all for exceptional pricing. His price was more than fair for the work performed and he came to me!!! I had a beat up work truck that I was certain could never get cleaned up and even though it is 12 years old it nearly looks like the day I bought it from the dealership thanks to Aura detailing!!! I’m very happy how it turned out. I am also a former auto detailer so it was going to be tough to pass anything by me lol but today in the sun I looked the whole car over and Trey did a grt job removing the scratches. There were some I knew wouldn’t come out so those are ok. But with the polish and spray ceramic coating, it looks amazing. 1000% percent better. I recommend this business 💯%! I’m going to go enjoy a little cruise tonight before the weather turns cold. Very friendly and professional at the same time.
