Our CRV started making unsettling noises after we stopped for gas. Jared saved the day by seeing as immediately, but then diagnosing and fixing the problem with aplomb. Jared and Co. are true professionals and charged us an unbelievably fair price considering their troubles. Jared was our saving grace today, and I can’t recommend this shop enough! They were so kind, efficient, accommodating, and knowledgeable — and beyond fair in pricing. We pulled over for gas off I-70 and heard our car make an awful sound. We weren’t sure if we could go the rest of the distance safely. With today being a national holiday, we weren’t sure if we’d have many options for getting support. The person working at the gas station offered to call Jared. Over the phone, Jared helped me troubleshoot the noise and talk through the possible “what ifs” as I tried to figure out what to do. We decided to go to his shop where he met us (on Labor Day!!); he looked at our car to rule out a few options and to cover all of the bases. In the end, he and his colleague figured out our issue and sent us on our way! They were friendly and chatted with us and our young kiddo as they worked. Eventually Jared was able to tow us back to his shop on a flat- bed tow truck and park us in his own RV lot with full hook-up. Repaired the original failure and diagnosed and repaired the cause of the overheating problem over the course of a couple days. Fair price for the work, our towing bill was paid by Good Sam Road Service. Called for a tow and Jared ended up providing me with a part and getting me back on the road instead. Fair price, especially for after hours on weekend. Sure beat being stranded.
