Review: I had an annoying issue from a car accident two years ago. Insurance didn’t see the issue, and it became too late. Went through two other places before making this place my third. They communicated the process throughly with pricing and progress along with recommendations to look for as my vehicle racks on the miles. I’m definitely going back again for future repairs and maintenance needs.

Review: Amazing and rapid work, excellent pricing, and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Leavenworth County, unless I had to (warranty, availability, etc.).
Highly recommend!

Review: Amazing and rapid work, excellent pricing, and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Leavenworth County, unless I had to (warranty, availability, etc.).

Fair pricing, great service but the thing that stands out the best are the superb collection of human beings that work there. I was blown away by how genuine and friendly they all were. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Review: I cannot say enough great things about this place! Matt and his team have been servicing cars for my family and friends for many years. They do great work and their prices are always fair. The level of service is second to none. I picked up a nail in my tire today and even though his shop was very busy, Matt managed to sneak me in and get me back on the road quickly. I will continue to refer everyone I know to Platinum Automotive!

Review: We lived near Lansing for 4+ years, and Platinum quickly became our go-to for all things automotive. I always felt welcome here, and was always treated with respect and courtesy.
Matt is honest, very straightforward about the work he does, and offers suggestions on how to keep costs down, if that’s what you’re into.
I’d recommend this place to anyone – top notch work and customer service.
