Review: I had a local customer in KC, KS that was needing their front windshield chip repaired and I called Midwest Auto Glass, since they were just a few miles away from the truck (I prefer using local companies to keep the work in their community). The gentleman answering the phone, said, call back in the morning. I called back today 03/01/2024 and i got hung up on, then when i called back, got pushed to voicemail.
Seemed to me, he did not want to help a local customer in his community (5 miles down the road). Word of mouth advertising is the best, just saying.

Review: Extremely quick and professional. Great customer service. They replaced my windshield quickly and got me on my way. If anyone needs glass work on thier vehicles, I will be referring anyone I know here.
