I paid for priority shipping and 10 days later never received my parts(Paragon is 10 hrs from me). The tracking # stopped tracking after 4 days(the parts left usps Dist center and quit getting scanned after 4 days)Michael responded w/ a smartass response to my email stating that their website says there are shipping delays with free shipping. I told them the parts are lost if they left their facility 11 days ago to go 10 hrs and tracking # went dead. Michael refused to do anything about it and said I can return the parts (less the shipping) if/when they ever arrive. Purchased through Venmo so can’t just stop payment. Having to go through consumer protection agency just to get this resolved. Now I know why they don’t have a customer service phone line(that actually goes to someone). When I had a harness bar on backorder Paragon customer service kept me in the loop regarding progress made towards filling the order without me needing to follow-up with them. When a minor issue came up regarding the finish on the harness bar (flat black instead of gloss black) they reached out to me before shipping and seemed more upset about the discrepancy than I was (I actually prefer the flat black). These are good people you can trust. I made the ride from Charleston, SC all the way to Iowa. Another friend of mine Chris Hammett drove his C8 as well because we were doing similar builds on our cars. The customer service started before we even arrived. Korey was checking in on us asking how the drive was etc. The morning we arrived at Paragon we couldn’t have been treated better. Introduced to all the staff and given a tour of the facility which most places will not do. Their staff was dedicated to our cars for the entire week. They were open to questions and very happy to answer all of them too. Both cars received, Eventuri Cold Air Intake, Lingenfelter Intake Manifold, Paragon Headers, rotors, along with several other smaller upgrades. The most impressive part is the cars were finished in 3 days……. Most shops you are scared to drop it off because they will have it for weeks…….. They jumped on it and knocked it out. It was the best experience I’ve ever had when doing mods to any vehicle I’ve owned…….A++++ all the way. Great job and well worth the trip to Iowa. Although initially i was unable to contact someone via telephone in their customer support department, once I sent them an email they got back as promised within 24 hours. They took the time to address the few concerns I had and worked to ensure that I was totally satisfied. The provided nuts on the fire extinguisher kit are different from the ones in the instruction video and don’t match the provided bolts. Had to buy different ones from home depot and even offered an easy and comfortable solution by recompensating me with a coupon for the next purchase. Got completely ignored.
