Review: Highly recommend. Jason was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Great customer service. When I mentioned I was having it detailed at another business before coming to them for a new radio and backup camera, they make arrangements to get the car which saved me time and effort. This type of customer service is almost unheard of anymore! Work was completed in a day and at a fair price.

Review: TLDR: Do not recommend. These people are not friendly, don’t like questions, and don’t like when changes are made as a result of new information. They are happy to charge you more for making said changes and make you feel like you, their customer, are the biggest inconvenience on earth. They also trash talk customers after they walk out of the door. (They were trash talking a lady who was asking how to use an app while I was there. If they say things like that in front of customers, imagine what they say in private) They will get the job done, but don’t be surprised if you are met with eye rolls and contentious communication in response to basic questions regarding services, costs, etc. (We called to ask questions about services/pricing before scheduling and were told to read the website. Pricing is not on the website, so a call was necessary. Should have been a warning to us. Hindsight is 20/20!) If your experience has been better, I am very happy for you and hope it continues. I certainly wish our experience had been better.

Review: I was referred to them by Toyota in Grimes. I had a cruise control put in, key fab door unlock, and guards for my hood and doors ( bug shield and reflectors). Every single time they were amazing. Jason in service went above and beyond in getting my door unlock key fab to work. Best customer service I’ve had in decades. The best thing they put in was my cruise control. I have a 6 speed manual and everyone else said it couldn’t be done. Definitely recommend.
