From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Cody and his team are highly knowledgeable, professional, and I felt they genuinely cared about me as a customer. My car was having transmission issues, and I was worried about the cost and time it would take to fix it. However, HAS exceeded my expectations in every way. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. The transparency was refreshing, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The work was completed efficiently and in short order. My car now runs great, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with their service, even following up with me a few days later to check on my car’s performance. Yesterday, I brought the car again to HAS. This time to have the struts replaced. After testing the car, Cody told me the issue was minor and he recommended NOT to do the work and incure the expense unnecessarily. To hear a shop owner say that was a surprise to me. I was truly appreciative of his honesty and focus on fair treatment and customer’s best interest. I highly recommend HAS to anyone in need of car repairs. When she arrived home, called the shop and offered to pay them something, since it was figured out the car still had factory warranty, Brice would not accept a thing from me, and only asked that I leave a review! One of the only shops I know that are not out make all they can, but service customers honestly and respectfully!! Need more people like this in the world today!!!!
