They are always willing to talk to you and NOT down to you and make suggestions/advice/info to work with you without trying to push other services. They are knowledgeable and very kind from Morgan in the office to the entire crew in the shop. Called Friday afternoon around 4pm about needing to fix a window on a semi. Was able to get an appointment Tuesday morning to get it fixed. Could have had 1st thing Tuesday morning if I wanted that appointment. Everywhere else I called it was going to be the end of the week. We also had the convivence to drop it off Monday night and pick it up Tuesday also. They also were able to come to us clear down in southwest Iowa for like $175 fee (would be cheaper if they had other places to go around my area) if we could not get semi to Des Moines. The price was very very very reasonable. Every where else I called it would be around $400 to get this window fixed. Here it was $275 and after tax and credit card machine fee it was $304. Very please with the company and very easy to work with. Morgan even sent me a picture where to park the semi outside since we were leaving it overnight.
