I walked in without an appointment to see if they could help me with my 2012 Kia Sportage radio that no longer was working correctly & right away they were able to give me an idea of what might be my car’s stereo issue & provide me a price range of what it would cost depending on the problem. I was able to bring it in later that same day for them to pull out the radio & check on actual cost with the manufacturer. They said it would take approximately 2 weeks to get back, as it had to be shipped out, & they called me right when it came in & were able to get it re-installed that same morning & made sure everything worked as it should again! I was very impressed with their customer service & detailed information, so I knew what to expect. They also saved me a TON of money compared to taking my car to the Kia dealership! I would highly recommend them for your car sound needs! —– Author: Fernando Hernandez Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/11/2023, 6:44:44 AM Review: I was quoted 150$ for a head unit installation the total came out to 165$ with tax was extremely happy with the service i cut wires on my factory harness and they fixed those plus put all the wires back in order and replaced a couple of fuses. After having work done on my wife’s car (a car starter installation) I was driving around and notice that her blind spot monitoring was having an issue. I called Car Sound to have them check their work, since I was unaware of any issues until the car starter was installed. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Upon inspection of the car, the owner of Car Sound came to me, after inspecting the installation work, with the owner’s manual explaining the safety features of my car. I was aware of some of the information, but it was very helpful to have a professional explain the features with detail. During this time, an office manager was looking up information on her computer to find out what could cause the issue. Between the owner and office manager they diagnosed the issues and showed me how I could check for the culprit if I ran into that issue again. I called the dealership to see if they would also check the issue out and make sure that there aren’t any other sensor issues. Long story short they told me it would be $180 just to bring it in. I went home pulled a panel off the car cleaned out the rocks and am no longer experiencing issues.
