Review: Terrible experience please do not take your car here! Unethical, deceitful, poor communication & unprofessional experience.
After agreeing with what was to be done with prices I called the second day to see if it was ready… it was ready BUT they decided to add on several hundred dollars of extra work without my knowledge or consent! They acted surprised that I was surprised so clearly it is normal for them to do this to their customers. They then demanded I come up with the new amount of $800 before I could get my car. I didn’t really have a choice as the extra work had already been done so when I got there to pay and get my car they then added a ridiculous debit card fee. I had to leave my damn phone with them to drive to an ATM for the cash.
I wish I could rate them with a negative star because 1 star is more credit than they deserve. Y’all read all the reviews and believe multiple customers this place is terrible all around & should NOT even be in business!
