Even with my car having an odd feature that made it impossible to fold the seats down he found a way around and still managed to do great work while being super careful and respectful. He let me hang out and watch the process as I didn’t have a ride and answered any questions I had about it. He is very good at what he does and fun to hang around and learn how the business works. Would highly recommend coming here if you want a good personal experience and good work done. Will come back in the future if ever need vehicle tint done anywhere in the Ames-Des Moines area. Prior to installation, Josh answered all my questions and help me make the best decision for my needs. One small blemish on the driver side window, but Josh got me back in and fixed it quickly. We were shown the tint % options using sample tint fipm on a clear glass so that we could see actual results of each one. Everything was explained cleary, the price was great and the service waz even better. Immediately responded with the hour. He was very professional. I didn’t know much about tinting just knew I wanted it done. He showed me the different percentages and helped me choose which would be best as I do most of my driving at dark during the weekends.
