Incorrect windows brought to the house, they rescheduled for another week out even though it was their error. They expected full payment for a job not complete. Told that they will contact day before with time window, they never called. We continue having to call them and they then tell you that they won’t call you until day of, with time schedule. No respect for customer time or working customers. Very disorganized. I definitely will not refer them to anyone else.
