Zeibart Window Tinting in Warsaw

Seemed like almost every time we got our vehicles back something was wrong and they never wanted to take any responsibility for it. (Scratches in windows, tint not put on straight, ect…) After talking to a few people we were told that the Warsaw Ziebart seemed to do a better job. We took it there for our yearly and we are super impressed with what they did. Everything was perfect inside and out. At this point, we are very happy we switched locations! Only 4 of the 6 required bolts were installed that hold the hitch on.  We’ve now been there twice for the hitch and it’s still not complete. They have to order the passenger side panel and reinstall that because they discarded it. I do not recommend this Ziebart in the slightest. I have done business with different Ziebart’s every year for the past 13 years and this is by far the worst service and customer service I have ever received. —– Author: Matt Goss Rating: 1/5 Date: 3/31/2022, 3:57:21 PM Review: I did contact customer service, complete with pictures of the poor tint job, freshly stained leather interior door panels from the poor tint job, the subpar/uneven interior detailing and the fingerprints on the outside of a freshly detailed vehicle (personal pet peeve). They were not overly concerned.
