Review: Remote Start issue fixed!
I was having an issue with a remote start system that came with my wifes truck . I called around to find a shop to troubleshoot/diagnose the problem. (2shops didn’t want to touch it) Jeremy at Omega offered to help and made time for me. Upon arrival I was greeted, informed, and helped. Jeremy knows his stuff! Was in &out in no time. Pricing is very fair! Would recommend and go again!

Review: Great place for vehicle tint and remote start.
Remote start works wonderfully, was done in a timely fashion and I was able to get an appointment quickly!
I also had multiple vehicles tinted here! VERY reasonably priced with a great warranty. They were finished quicker than I expected and my cars look amazing!
I highly recommend this place from dark tint to just matching factory tint!
Lots of communication from Jeremy which was appreciated as well.

Review: My entire family goes to Omega! From the Hammond location to Valparaiso, we’ll never go anywhere else! My first encounter was when he fixed all my marker lights and turn signals that a “reputable” highland Indiana “mechanic” completely screwed up. Since then he’s retinted my truck, put in a new remote starter, new radio, new speakers, and amp. Best part is the stellar communication and customer service! Any issue I’ve ever had I call or go up there and it’s always been fixed and handled with expertise, grace, and fairness! In all honesty though, I’ve never had an issue, except something by user error lol! I’d recommend Omega a million times over!

Review: I initially had a little issue and confusion as to why I was unable to reach or contact the establishment. But after leaving my review the owner contacted me first thing the next day and elaborated on what likely happened and was very nice. They also help me set a time to come in and make sure that I and they would have everything needed to help me with my issue. I really hope based on this initial experience with Omega, going forward the same type of customer service and seemingly genuine interest to help remains.

Review: They saw my post on Facebook about a non-car-related electrical issue and replied offering help. When I got there, I was greeted kindly, the shop was clean, and they solved my problem right away. Can’t personally speak to their window tint, yet, but will for sure recommend them to anyone to check out based on their customer service alone!
