I have previously utilized their window tinting services for three vehicles without issue. However, I encountered a different experience today with the representative I interacted with, who exhibited aggressive and confrontational behavior. It felt as though this individual aimed to intimidate me. My concern pertains to a pinhole in the driver’s side window, which I was informed was caused by a seat belt. I disagreed with this assessment, which seemed to trigger a defensive response from the representative, leading to an unfortunate escalation. I urge caution when considering this small business for services, as I observed a similar situation during my last visit when another customer experienced confrontation regarding a comparable issue. This pattern raises concerns about their commitment to honoring warranties. As an alternative, I recommend Mr. Tints on Indianapolis. I stopped in on a late Saturday morning for a quote on Window tint expecting to make an appointment and have to come back. Instead, i was out of there in less than an hour with my tint done at a very reasonable price. I basically got the system upgraded. Fair prices, friendly staff. Shout out to Fabien – honest, kind, and trustworthy.
